“The greatest change we need to make is from consumption to production, even if on a small scale, in our own gardens. If only 10% of us do this, there is enough for everyone.”

Owner’s Bio

Noah has worked his entire adult life helping people heal their body & minds, through connective tissue bodywork, Yoga and somatic breath release. During this time he has supported his own health and well being by tending to his plants and working in his garden. Knowing our well being isn’t isolated to ourselves as individuals, but also our connection with our environment, our food systems, our community and so on; combined with his growing concerns of climate change, food supply chain issues, pollution, increased glyphosate use, etc. He decided to take steps to empower himself on how he can be a part of the solution in helping create a more sustainable and green future.

He has now been working as a Permaculture designer since completing his design certification through the Oregon State University in 2022. He has completed rain harvesting, composting, and composting toilet courses since then also, and has just about completed his Horticulture Diploma, specializing in nursery and urban food production, through the University of Guelph.

“We’ve been living on this planet as though we don’t plan on staying here and the damage we’ve done to the earth will ensure that happens if we don’t make changes today. Shifting towards a sustainable future, means taking action today!  It can seem like an overwhelming task, but each and every one of us has the potential to make a big difference through the small changes we can make right in our very own backyards.”
